石横特钢1#1 080 m3高炉通过细化铁前管理、控制铁水化学成分、优化高炉布料、改善炉前操作、经济喷吹等一系列制度措施,实现了2014年全年高炉炉况稳定顺行,高炉灰铁比18.30 kg/t,煤气利用率45.53%,燃料比511.07 kg/t,其中干焦比326 kg/t,煤比144.36 kg/t(富氧≤1 500 m3/h).

The smelting fand low fuel ratio in Shiheng Special Steel 1#1 080 m3 blast furnace are summarized. A series of measures of the refinement of iron management and control chemical composition of molten iron, optimization of burden distribution in a blast furnace, to improve the furnace operation, economic blow were taken. It is achieved that in the 2014 year the blast furnace is stable and smooth, the blast furnace iron is more than 18.30 kg/t, gas utilization rate is 45.53%, fuel is 511.07 kg/t, the dry coke is 326 kg/t, coal is 144.36 kg/t (oxygen is less than or equal to 1 500 m3/h).
