目的：集中式健康教育宣教方式与一对一健康教育宣教方式相结合，对维持性透析患者健康促进作用探讨。方法回顾性分析，我院血透室从2013年6月-2015年6月期间对维持性透析患者用两种宣教方式相结合对透析患者生活行为进行干预，以提高患者遵医治疗的依存性，提高透析患者生存质量，帮助透析患者重建健康生活的信心。结果通过干预使维持性透析患者在干体重自控监测，饮食管理，透析用药常识、血管通路维护、并发症预防、透析期间各项化验检查的监测意义及配检重要性，日常适当运动合理体息，心理自护方面均有显著的提高。
목적：집중식건강교육선교방식여일대일건강교육선교방식상결합，대유지성투석환자건강촉진작용탐토。방법회고성분석，아원혈투실종2013년6월-2015년6월기간대유지성투석환자용량충선교방식상결합대투석환자생활행위진행간예，이제고환자준의치료적의존성，제고투석환자생존질량，방조투석환자중건건강생활적신심。결과통과간예사유지성투석환자재간체중자공감측，음식관리，투석용약상식、혈관통로유호、병발증예방、투석기간각항화험검사적감측의의급배검중요성，일상괄당운동합리체식，심리자호방면균유현저적제고。
Objective: To study the health promoting function of the maintenance hemodialysis patients with the combination of the centralized health education method and the one to one health education.Methods:A retrospective analysis, our hospital blood dialysis room during the period from June 2013 and 2015 June on maintenance hemodialysis patients with two kinds of education combined dialysis patients’ behavior intervention, in order to improve the treatment compliance of patients with dependence, improve the life quality of the patients undergoing hemodialysis, help dialysis patients to rebuild the confidence of a healthy life.Results:The intervention to keep a hemodialysis patients in dry weight automatic monitoring, diet management, knowledge of dialysis treatment, vascular access in maintenance, prevention of complications, dialysis during the course of the examination of the meaning of monitoring and checking the importance, proper daily exercise reasonable rest, psychological nursing were significantly improved.
