目前,我国城市社区老龄服务发展整体上处于起步阶段,通过对南京市X社区的实地调查发现,目前还存在着社区老龄服务设施单一、使用效率低,医疗护理资源不足、服务人员专业水平低,精神文化服务缺失、老年人的社会价值难以实现等问题.要提高城市社区老龄服务的满意度,实现城市社区老龄服务需求度与满意度的耦合,必须清晰界定各类老龄服务主体的职责、畅通"上下结合"的需求表达渠道、构建老龄服务无缝隙供给机制.

At present, Chinese city community elderly service is developing in the initial stage. The ifeld investigation in Nanjing X community has found that there are some problems, such as community old-age service facilities are single variety, use efifciency is low, medical care resources is short, service personnel professional level is low, the social value of the elderly problems are hard to achieve and so on. To improve the urban community elderly service satisfaction, realize the coupling of urban community elderly service demand and satisfaction, we have to clearly deifne the responsibilities of all kinds of old-age service principal, unblock the demand of express of "combine with up and down", and build elderly service seamless supply mechanism.
