对膨化米糠和未膨化米糠进行浸出取油,之后对浸出毛油进行吸附脱色,通过对两种毛油品质及脱色效果的比较,考察米糠挤压膨化对其毛油品质及脱色效果的影响。结果显示:米糠膨化后其浸出毛油酸值较未膨化米糠明显降低、维生素E含量稍有降低、谷维素含量有所升高,色泽明显加深。对两种毛油进行吸附脱色,白土添加量为2%、4%、6%时,未膨化米糠较膨化米糠的毛油脱色率平均高出9.47%。由此可知,挤压膨化处理能使米糠浸出毛油色泽加深且新生色素较难脱除。膨化米糠在高温高湿(50℃,75%湿度)条件下储存60 d后,米糠浸出毛油的酸值由7.5 mgKOH/g升高至32.64 mgKOH/g,色泽加深,维生素E含量明显降低,对其进行吸附脱色,其脱色率较新鲜膨化米糠浸出毛油脱色率降低28%~34%。可知,米糠经膨化后虽然稳定性得到提高,但不良储存条件仍然会造成毛油酸值升高、色泽加深且难以脱除。
對膨化米糠和未膨化米糠進行浸齣取油,之後對浸齣毛油進行吸附脫色,通過對兩種毛油品質及脫色效果的比較,攷察米糠擠壓膨化對其毛油品質及脫色效果的影響。結果顯示:米糠膨化後其浸齣毛油痠值較未膨化米糠明顯降低、維生素E含量稍有降低、穀維素含量有所升高,色澤明顯加深。對兩種毛油進行吸附脫色,白土添加量為2%、4%、6%時,未膨化米糠較膨化米糠的毛油脫色率平均高齣9.47%。由此可知,擠壓膨化處理能使米糠浸齣毛油色澤加深且新生色素較難脫除。膨化米糠在高溫高濕(50℃,75%濕度)條件下儲存60 d後,米糠浸齣毛油的痠值由7.5 mgKOH/g升高至32.64 mgKOH/g,色澤加深,維生素E含量明顯降低,對其進行吸附脫色,其脫色率較新鮮膨化米糠浸齣毛油脫色率降低28%~34%。可知,米糠經膨化後雖然穩定性得到提高,但不良儲存條件仍然會造成毛油痠值升高、色澤加深且難以脫除。
대팽화미강화미팽화미강진행침출취유,지후대침출모유진행흡부탈색,통과대량충모유품질급탈색효과적비교,고찰미강제압팽화대기모유품질급탈색효과적영향。결과현시:미강팽화후기침출모유산치교미팽화미강명현강저、유생소E함량초유강저、곡유소함량유소승고,색택명현가심。대량충모유진행흡부탈색,백토첨가량위2%、4%、6%시,미팽화미강교팽화미강적모유탈색솔평균고출9.47%。유차가지,제압팽화처리능사미강침출모유색택가심차신생색소교난탈제。팽화미강재고온고습(50℃,75%습도)조건하저존60 d후,미강침출모유적산치유7.5 mgKOH/g승고지32.64 mgKOH/g,색택가심,유생소E함량명현강저,대기진행흡부탈색,기탈색솔교신선팽화미강침출모유탈색솔강저28%~34%。가지,미강경팽화후수연은정성득도제고,단불량저존조건잉연회조성모유산치승고、색택가심차난이탈제。
In this study,crudeoils were got from extruded rice bran and un–extruded rice bran by solvent extraction. Then the influenceof extrusionon the quality and the decolorization effect were studied bycomparing two kindsofcrude rice branoil. The results showed that the extruded rice bran wascompared with un–extruded rice bran,the acid value and thecontentofVitamin E decreased,while theoryzanolcontent increased. At the same time,thecolorofcrudeoil extracted from the extruded rice bran deepened significantly. The adsorption bleaching test showed that with the dosageof 2%,4%,6%clay,the ratesof adsorption bleachingof un–extruded rice branoil were all higher than thatof extruded rice branoil by an averageof 9.47%. Accordingly,extrusion processingcould make thecolorof rice branoil deepened and these new kindsof pigment were relatively difficult to remove. However,when the extruded rice bran was storedon theconditionof high temperature and high humidity(50℃,the humidityof 75%) for 60 days,the acid valueofcrudeoil extracted from the rice bran raised from 7.5 mgKOH/g to 32.64 mgKOH/g,thecolor deepened and thecontentofVitamin E decreasedobviously. And the adsorption bleaching test showed that under the same dosageofclay,the decoloring rates reduced by 28%~34% than the fresh extruded rice bran. Therefore,even the stabilityof rice bran was improved during the extrusion,it was not suitable to storage for a long time under the bad environment. Otherwise it might result in thecrude rice branoil’s acid value increasing andcolor deepening,and mightcause it difficult to remove the pigmentof thecrudeoil.
