目的:探讨老年退行性骨关节病的康复治疗方法及效果。方法采用回顾性分析法对近年来收治的60例老年退行性骨关节病患者的临床资料进行分析,总结对他们采用的康复治疗方法及效果。结果60例老年退行性骨关节病患者中,41例显效,占68.3%;16例好转,占26.7%;无效3例,占5%,治疗总有效率为95.0%。结论针对老年退行性骨关节病患者的特点,对其进行有针对性的康复治疗,有助于缓解疼痛,减少增生骨刺周围软组织的慢性非特异性炎症渗出,有助于达到消炎、消肿的效果,使关节活动功能得以改善,有助于防止或者缓解关节病变进一步发展,对关节畸形加以预防,提高老年退行性骨关节病患者的生活质量。

Objective: To investigate the rehabilitation methods and effects of senile degenerative osteoarthritis.Method:The clinical data of 60 cases of elderly patients with degenerative joint disease were analyzed by retrospective analysis.Result: In 60 cases of senile degenerative osteoarthritis, 41 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 68.3%; 16 cases improved, accounting for 26.7%;3 cases were invalid, accounting for 5%, the total effective rate was 95%.Conclusion: For elderly patients with degenerative joint characteristics,elderly patients with degenerative joint targeted rehabilitation,help ease the pain, reduce the proliferation of bone spurs, chronic non-specific infiammation of soft tissue bleed, contribute to infiammation, swelling effect of making improved joint function and help to prevent or relieve joint further development of lesions on the joints deformity to prevent it, to improve the quality of life of elderly degenerative joint disease patients.
