目的：探讨前列腺脓肿的临床特点及经直肠超声引导介入治疗的疗效。方法回顾性总结2005年2月至2013年6月治疗的11例前列腺脓肿患者的临床资料。分析影像学特点及经直肠超声引导下前列腺脓肿穿刺引流联合抗菌类药物灌洗治疗的效果。结果10例前列腺脓腔均一次穿刺成功，抽出脓液10～55mL。1例首次穿刺后体温未见明显好转，5日后二次穿刺，抽出脓腋约20 mL，甲硝唑灌洗后临床症状明显缓解。所有患者穿刺后1周复查经直肠超声提示脓腔消失。结论经直肠超声引导穿刺引流治疗前列腺脓肿，方便，且疗效显著，可作为首选治疗。
목적：탐토전렬선농종적림상특점급경직장초성인도개입치료적료효。방법회고성총결2005년2월지2013년6월치료적11례전렬선농종환자적림상자료。분석영상학특점급경직장초성인도하전렬선농종천자인류연합항균류약물관세치료적효과。결과10례전렬선농강균일차천자성공，추출농액10～55mL。1례수차천자후체온미견명현호전，5일후이차천자，추출농액약20 mL，갑초서관세후림상증상명현완해。소유환자천자후1주복사경직장초성제시농강소실。결론경직장초성인도천자인류치료전렬선농종，방편，차료효현저，가작위수선치료。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of interventional transrectal ultrasound-guided aspiration in the management of prostatic abscess.Methods Between June 2013 and February 2015, 11 cases of prostatic abscess were ret-rospectively reviewed including clinical history,radiographic characteristics and interventional therapeutic effects by tran-srectal ultrasound-guided aspiration combined with antimicrobial lavage.After repetitive washing with Metronidazole, 2-5 mL antibiotic were left in the cavity.Results The procedure was successfully performed in all 10 cases by first attempt.Ap-proximately 10-55 mL purulent material were aspirated.Only 1 patient needed second aspiration due to persistent fever af-ter first procedure.Cavity disappeared in all cases when examined by transrectal ultrasound in 1 week.Conclusions Tran-srectal ultrasound-guided aspiration is convenient and effective, thus can be considered as the first choice in the manage-ment of prostatic abscess.
