为了有效降低高炉冲渣系统动力运行成本,采取焦化废水替代新水、高炉渣沟密封、应用管改沟、提高冲渣水泵运行效率、利用冲渣循环水余热等措施,有效降低了高炉冲系统水电动力成本,同时降低了生活区域蒸汽消耗量,年节约动力成本2 000余万元.
