针对转炉烟道的工况及失效形式,为提高烟道的使用寿命,设计了一种电弧超音速喷涂工艺制备的以镍铬合金为主的3层复合涂层,金相观察、显微硬度分析、高温氧化试验及抗热震性能测试表明,复合涂层与基体结合强度高,耐磨耐蚀性能优良.
針對轉爐煙道的工況及失效形式,為提高煙道的使用壽命,設計瞭一種電弧超音速噴塗工藝製備的以鎳鉻閤金為主的3層複閤塗層,金相觀察、顯微硬度分析、高溫氧化試驗及抗熱震性能測試錶明,複閤塗層與基體結閤彊度高,耐磨耐蝕性能優良.

TAccording to the working condition and failure forms of converter flue, in order to improve the service life of the flue, 3 layer composite coatings with mainly composed of Ni-Cr alloy by supersonic arc spraying were designed. Metallographic observation, micro hardness analysis, high temperature oxidation test and thermal shock resistance test for the coating showed that the composite coating has high binding strength with the substrate and excellent wear and corrosion resistance.
