济钢1#1 750 m3高炉因炉缸侧壁温度持续偏高,借系统停产检修之机,对高炉实施停炉大修.结合现场实际、高炉操作及炉缸侵蚀情况,采用残铁落地方式排放残铁,残铁口在15#—16#风口方向,标高7.4 m,向上15°,并在地面修建专用盛铁池.由于准备工作充分,残铁排放干净且过程安全顺利,历时近10 h,排放残铁576 t.
濟鋼1#1 750 m3高爐因爐缸側壁溫度持續偏高,藉繫統停產檢脩之機,對高爐實施停爐大脩.結閤現場實際、高爐操作及爐缸侵蝕情況,採用殘鐵落地方式排放殘鐵,殘鐵口在15#—16#風口方嚮,標高7.4 m,嚮上15°,併在地麵脩建專用盛鐵池.由于準備工作充分,殘鐵排放榦淨且過程安全順利,歷時近10 h,排放殘鐵576 t.
제강1#1 750 m3고로인로항측벽온도지속편고,차계통정산검수지궤,대고로실시정로대수.결합현장실제、고로조작급로항침식정황,채용잔철락지방식배방잔철,잔철구재15#—16#풍구방향,표고7.4 m,향상15°,병재지면수건전용성철지.유우준비공작충분,잔철배방간정차과정안전순리,력시근10 h,배방잔철576 t.
In Jinan Steel due to persistently high of the temperature of hearth sidewall for No.1 blast furnace with 1 750 m3 volume, the blast furnace blowing off and overhaul were carried out at the same time maintenance of the machine. Combined with the blast furnace operation and the hearth corrosion, residual iron were tapped to the ground, residual iron mouth located at No.15-16 tuyere direction, elevation of 7.4 m, up 15°, and the pool of containing iron is constructed. Owing to fully planed work, residual iron tapping process was clean and safe and smooth, which lasted nearly 10 h, discharged residual iron 576 t.
