目的:分析大型三甲综合医院门诊量及门诊护理人力总量及结构现状,为探索合理的人力结构调整方案提供依据。方法回顾性分析2008-2013年我院诊断性门诊护理工作量、护理人力总量及结构。结果近6年门诊量与护理人力增长不成正比,门诊量增长,但护理人力却存在下降趋势;护理人力的年龄和工龄均呈严重偏态分布,学历层次和职称结构未达到理想比例;护理人员和非护理人员比例不合理,护理人员承担大量低技术性工作,护理人力不足和人力资源浪费并存。结论诊断性门诊护理人力资源总量一直存在缺口,人力结构配备不合理,不能很好发挥护士的专业技能优势,在护理人力资源短缺的情况下,也是对护理人力成本和资源的耗费。

목적:분석대형삼갑종합의원문진량급문진호리인력총량급결구현상,위탐색합리적인력결구조정방안제공의거。방법회고성분석2008-2013년아원진단성문진호리공작량、호리인력총량급결구。결과근6년문진량여호리인력증장불성정비,문진량증장,단호리인력각존재하강추세;호리인력적년령화공령균정엄중편태분포,학력층차화직칭결구미체도이상비례;호리인원화비호리인원비례불합리,호리인원승담대량저기술성공작,호리인력불족화인력자원낭비병존。결론진단성문진호리인력자원총량일직존재결구,인력결구배비불합리,불능흔호발휘호사적전업기능우세,재호리인력자원단결적정황하,야시대호리인력성본화자원적모비。
Objective To analyze the current situation of nursing human resource allocation in the diagnostic out‐patient clinic of large comprehensive hospital ,as well as to provide evidence to the structural adjustment of nursing human resources .Method The work load of nursing ,total number of nurses and nursing human structure in the di‐agnostic outpatient clinic of the hospital from 2008 to 2013 were retrospective analyzed .Result Nearly six years out‐patient and nursing human growth is not proportional .The former increased each passing year ,while the latter had trended down over the past three years .Nursing human’s age and length of service showed a severely skewed distri‐bution .Their academic and professional title structures were not optimal .The proportion of nursing staffs and non‐nursing staffs was unreasonable .Nurses were undertaking plenty of low technology works ,resulting in lot of waste in nursing human resource while the number of nurses was insufficiency .Conclusion Diagnostic outpatient care hu‐man resource gap has always existed in total .The human resource structure is irrational and can not play the advan‐tages of professional skills of nurse .In case of a shortage of nursing human resources ,it is the nursing labor costs and resource consumption .
