通过优化合金成分设计,冶炼脱氧合金化、精炼白渣操作、钢包底吹氩和窄成分控制技术,采用电炉—LF精炼—VD真空处理—连铸(电磁搅拌、塞棒控制)—轧制成材工艺路线,莱钢开发了铁道车辆缓冲器用40CrMnMo钢.产品实物质量检测表明,钢材化学成分稳定,低倍组织致密、均匀,力学性能完全满足技术要求,已实现了批量生产.
通過優化閤金成分設計,冶煉脫氧閤金化、精煉白渣操作、鋼包底吹氬和窄成分控製技術,採用電爐—LF精煉—VD真空處理—連鑄(電磁攪拌、塞棒控製)—軋製成材工藝路線,萊鋼開髮瞭鐵道車輛緩遲器用40CrMnMo鋼.產品實物質量檢測錶明,鋼材化學成分穩定,低倍組織緻密、均勻,力學性能完全滿足技術要求,已實現瞭批量生產.

By design optimum for alloy composition, to oxidize alloying and white slag operating in refining, to increase high purity with blowing argon in ladle floor and narrow composition control technology, the 40CrMnMo steel for railway vehicle bumper was developed in Laiwu Steel using processes of EAF-LF-VD-CC(electromagnetic stirring, stopper control)-rolling. The test results of actual product quality proved that 40CrMnMo has the stable chemical composition, macrostructure compaction homogeneous, and the mechanical properties can meet the technical requirement and mass production was realized.
