以马来酸酐(MAH)对聚乙烯醇(PVA)接枝,然后在硫酸的催化作用下与硅酸钠反应,制备有机-无机复合材料。利用FTIR、DSC、TGA对所制备的材料进行表征,研究了MAH接枝PVA(PVA-MAH)的接枝率、硅酸钠含量以及成型条件对复合材料性能的影响。研究结果表明,马来酸酐接枝PVA与SiO2之间能够形成有机无机杂化结构,当PVA-MAH接枝率和硅酸钠含量适当时,复合材料具有较好的耐水性及热稳定性。

Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was grafted by Maleic anhydride (MAH) and then reacted with sodium silicate under the catalysis of sulfuric acid to prepare organic-inorganic composite materials. FTIR, DSC and TGA were used to characterize the material prepared as above, to research the effect of PVA-MAH graft ratio, sodium silicate content and molding conditions on the properties of the composites. The results showed that the organic - inorganic hybrid structure could be formed between MAH-grafted PVA and SiO2 and the composite materials had preferable water and thermal stabilities when the PVA-MAH graft ratio and sodium silicate content were suitable.
