阐述“四化”同步发展的互动关系,构建指标体系和评价模型,运用熵值法及耦合模型对全国31个省市的“四化”同步发展水平进行实证分析。结果表明,从整体来看,全国“四化”同步发展指数为0.5056,发展水平处于勉强同步状态,还有巨大的发展潜力和提升空间;分地区看,“四化”同步发展存在着显著的区域性差异,东部、中部、东北、西部的“四化”同步发展指数依次为0.6053、0.5171、0.5118及0.4152,呈递减分布;从各省份来看,依照同步发展等级标准可将各省份划分为中级同步、初级同步、勉强同步、濒临失调、轻度失调五类地区。

천술“사화”동보발전적호동관계,구건지표체계화평개모형,운용적치법급우합모형대전국31개성시적“사화”동보발전수평진행실증분석。결과표명,종정체래간,전국“사화”동보발전지수위0.5056,발전수평처우면강동보상태,환유거대적발전잠력화제승공간;분지구간,“사화”동보발전존재착현저적구역성차이,동부、중부、동북、서부적“사화”동보발전지수의차위0.6053、0.5171、0.5118급0.4152,정체감분포;종각성빈래간,의조동보발전등급표준가장각성빈화분위중급동보、초급동보、면강동보、빈림실조、경도실조오류지구。
The level of simultaneous development of 31 provinces in the country is analyzed empirically in this paper by establishing index system and evaluation model and analyzing the internal mechanism of simultaneous development of “four modernizations” .Results show that the “four modernizations”synchronous development index is 0 .5056 and the simultaneous development of the“four modernizations”level is in the reluctance synchronized state on the whole but there is huge potential and room for improvement .,There are significant regional differences in the sub‐regional perspective .The“four modernizations” synchronous development index for eastern , central , northeast and west are 0 .605 3 ,0 .517 1 ,0 .511 8 and 0 .415 2 respectively ,and are in a decreasing manner .In sub‐province perspective ,all provinces can be divided into five areas according to the standard of grade of simultaneous development .They are areas of middle‐level synchronization ,elementary synchronization , reluctance synchronization ,verge of disorder ,and mild disorders .
