深圳市青少年社会教育虽取得长足发展,但依然存在法制建设欠缺、管理体制不合理、社会教育平台和资源与青少年现实需求不完全匹配、社会教育的社会支持体系不够完善、教育内容的针对性不强、教育经费保障机制不健全等诸多问题.针对深圳市青少年社会教育发展的不足,本文提出了加强法制建设,对青少年社会教育实行统一归口管理,建立青少年社会教育评估机制,整合社会资源进行青少年社会教育,促进学校教育、家庭教育和社会教育的有机结合,建立多元化的青少年社会教育实施主体及平台等多项措施.

Shenzhen teenagers social education has made great progress, but there is still a legal system, management system is not reasonable, the social education platform and resources and adolescent reality needs do not match exactly, the imperfection of the social support system of social education, the education content of pertinence is not strong, the mechanism for ensuring adequate funding for education is not sound, and many other problems. Aiming at the shortcomings of the Shenzhen teenagers social education development, this paper puts forward to strengthen the construction of legal system, the social education of adolescent unified to manage, establishing adolescent social education evaluation mechanism, integrate social resources for adolescent social education, promote the school education, family education and social education of organic combination, establish a diversified teenagers social education implementation main body and a number of measures such as platform.
