藏民族主要聚居在西部的山区或高原,其生态环境比较脆弱,而藏民族在生产生活中形成的习惯法,对于藏区生态保护起到不可替代的作用.藏区习惯法包含诸多保护生态环境的内容,主要体现在藏区的禁忌、信仰、部落习惯法、生活习俗等方面.本文分析藏族传统习惯法的特点,并对环境保护的贡献进行阐述.

Tibetan nationality mainly live in the western hills or plateau, its ecological environment is fragile, and Tibetan ethnic groups formed in production and living of common law plays an irreplaceable role for the Tibetan ecological protection. The Tibetan customary law contains a lot of the content of the protection of ecological environment, mainly reflected in the Tibetan taboos, religion, tribal customary law, life custom, etc. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the traditional Tibetan customary law, and elaborates the contribution to environmental protection.
