目的：研究分析肺栓塞患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、D-二聚体（D-D）以及纤维蛋白原（FIB）水平情况。方法：选择我院2012年6月到2014年6月收治的40例肺栓塞患者作为研究对象，将其作为观察组，并且选择同期健康体检者40例，将其作为对照组。对比观察两组的Hcy、D-D以及FIB水平情况。结果：观察组患者在D-D、FIB以及Hcy水平均显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在临床上,Hcy、D-二聚体以及FIB水平的升高都可以作为肺栓塞患者早期诊断的重要指标，可以在临床上推广应用。
목적：연구분석폐전새환자혈장동형반광안산（Hcy）、D-이취체（D-D）이급섬유단백원（FIB）수평정황。방법：선택아원2012년6월도2014년6월수치적40례폐전새환자작위연구대상，장기작위관찰조，병차선택동기건강체검자40례，장기작위대조조。대비관찰량조적Hcy、D-D이급FIB수평정황。결과：관찰조환자재D-D、FIB이급Hcy수평균현저고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：재림상상,Hcy、D-이취체이급FIB수평적승고도가이작위폐전새환자조기진단적중요지표，가이재림상상추엄응용。
Objective:To study the levels of plasma homocysteine,D -dimer,andfibrinogen inthe important indices for early diagnosis.Methods:The clinical observation group were consists of 40 patients with pulmonary embolism who were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 ,and the control group were consists of 40 people with physical examination at the same time.Results: The lelvels of plasma homocysteine,D -dimer,andfibrinogen in patients of the clinical observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The lelvels of plasma homocysteine,D -dimer,andfibrinogenin can be used asthe important indices for early diagnosis of patients with pulmonary embolism,and they can be widely used In the clinical.
