目的:研究卵泡液总抗氧化能力( total antioxidant capacity, TAC)与体外受精-胚胎移植( in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer, IVF-ET)结局的关系。方法选取2011年在广西壮族自治区人口和计划生育研究中心行IVF-ET 66例患者资料,按妊娠结局分为妊娠组(28例)和非妊娠组(38例),测定超促排卵后卵泡液TAC,分析其临床妊娠结局与卵泡液TAC之间的关系。结果妊娠组TAC显著高于非妊娠组( P<0.05);两组患者受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卵泡液TAC较高者妊娠成功率越高。

목적:연구란포액총항양화능력( total antioxidant capacity, TAC)여체외수정-배태이식( in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer, IVF-ET)결국적관계。방법선취2011년재엄서장족자치구인구화계화생육연구중심행IVF-ET 66례환자자료,안임신결국분위임신조(28례)화비임신조(38례),측정초촉배란후란포액TAC,분석기림상임신결국여란포액TAC지간적관계。결과임신조TAC현저고우비임신조( P<0.05);량조환자수정솔、란렬솔、우질배태솔등방면비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론란포액TAC교고자임신성공솔월고。
Objective To investigate the relationship between total antioxidant capacity ( TAC ) of follicular fluid and the outcomes of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer ( IVF -ET ) .Methods Clinical data of 66 patients underwent IVF -ET in Population and Family Planning Research Center of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region during 2011 were collected.All cases were divided into pregnancy group ( n =28 ) and non-pregnancy group ( n =38 ) who were measured the TAC of follicular fluid after controlled ovarian hyperstimulation, the relationship between the clinical pregnancy outcomes and TAC of follicular fluid was analyzed. Results The TAC of pregnancy group was higher than that of non-pregnancy group ( P<0.05) .There was no significant difference in the number of retrieved oocytes, cleavage rate, high-quality embryonic obtained rate between two groups ( P>0.05) .Conclusion Follicular fluid with higher TAC is more helpful to pregnancy.
