分析了某公司低温多效蒸馏海水淡化蒸发器结垢成分,发现该蒸发器前7效换热管外壁结垢成分主要为硫酸钙,并含部分碳酸钙,末效换热管内壁结垢成分主要为碳酸钙,并对结垢原因进行了分析。根据不同的结垢成分,制定了不同的清洗方案,前7效采用酸洗+中性清洗工艺,末效采用酸洗工艺。清洗后,挂片分析结果优于国家标准,单套海水淡化产量提高了10%。

Composition of the scaling in the low temperature multi-effect distillation seawater desalination evaporator of a company was analyzed, which revealed that scaling on the outer wall of the heat exchange tube at the first 7 effects was mainly calcium sulfate, in-cluding some calcium carbonate, while scaling on the inner wall of the heat exchange tube at the last effect period are mainly calcium sulfate. The cause of the scaling was also analyzed. Different cleaning programs were drawn up according to different scaling composition. Acid and neutral cleaning process was used for the first 7 effects and acid cleaning for the last effect. Analysis of corrosion test piece after cleaning showed the results were better than na-tional standard. The production of a single set of seawater desalination has increased by 10%.
