The important basis of teacher's professional development is to abundance the teacher practical knowledge. Micro-video case is the crystallization of teacher practical knowledge. Based on the Moodle platform, the micro-video case learning system for developing professional ability of pre-service teacher is constructed in this paper. It has certain theoretical and practical signifi?cance to improve pre-service teachers' professional ability, and achieve individual, mobile and miniaturization teacher education.
