近年来,随着高等职业教育的发展,高职院校团支部对团员的吸引力、凝聚力下降,导致团员与团组织疏远,出现了距离感.本文从组织认同视角出发,分析高职院校团支部缺乏认同的原因,从而探索高职院校团支部建设的路径.
近年來,隨著高等職業教育的髮展,高職院校糰支部對糰員的吸引力、凝聚力下降,導緻糰員與糰組織疏遠,齣現瞭距離感.本文從組織認同視角齣髮,分析高職院校糰支部缺乏認同的原因,從而探索高職院校糰支部建設的路徑.
근년래,수착고등직업교육적발전,고직원교단지부대단원적흡인력、응취력하강,도치단원여단조직소원,출현료거리감.본문종조직인동시각출발,분석고직원교단지부결핍인동적원인,종이탐색고직원교단지부건설적로경.
In recent years, along with the development of higher vocational education, higher vocational colleges' league branch appeal gradually decline, detached to member and youth league organizations, in the distance. In this paper, starting from the perspective of organizational identification, analysis of the youth corps cell for lack of identification in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges so as to explore the path of the construction of the league branch.
