目的:探讨姜黄素对脓毒症肺损伤患者血清NT-pro-BNP、IL-6、IL-10及肺功能的影响。方法收集河北大学附属医院收治的脓毒症肺损伤患者40例,根据用药不同分为对照组和实验组,每组各20例,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予姜黄素胶囊,治疗连续1周。治疗结束后,对所有患者的血清NT-pro-BNP、IL-6、IL-10及肺功能情况进行检测。结果与对照组治疗后相比,实验组患者血清IL-6、IL-10水平较低(P<0.05),实验组患者的血清NT-pro-BNP水平较低(P<0.05),实验组患者的肺活量(vital capacity,VC)、最大通气量(maximal voluntary ventilation,MVV)、一秒用力呼气量(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)水平较高(P<0.05)。结论姜黄素能够显著降低脓毒症肺损伤患者血清IL-6、IL-10以及NT-pro-BNP水平,改善肺功能。

목적:탐토강황소대농독증폐손상환자혈청NT-pro-BNP、IL-6、IL-10급폐공능적영향。방법수집하북대학부속의원수치적농독증폐손상환자40례,근거용약불동분위대조조화실험조,매조각20례,대조조급여상규치료,실험조재대조조기출상급여강황소효낭,치료련속1주。치료결속후,대소유환자적혈청NT-pro-BNP、IL-6、IL-10급폐공능정황진행검측。결과여대조조치료후상비,실험조환자혈청IL-6、IL-10수평교저(P<0.05),실험조환자적혈청NT-pro-BNP수평교저(P<0.05),실험조환자적폐활량(vital capacity,VC)、최대통기량(maximal voluntary ventilation,MVV)、일초용력호기량(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)수평교고(P<0.05)。결론강황소능구현저강저농독증폐손상환자혈청IL-6、IL-10이급NT-pro-BNP수평,개선폐공능。
Objective To investigate effect of curcumin on NT-pro-BNP, IL-6, IL-10 and pulmonary function in patients with sepsis induced by lung injury.Methods 40 patients with purulent septic lung injury were collected in the hospital and divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment, 20 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional treatment and the experimental group were given curcumin capsule on the basis of control group for a consecutive treatment of one weeks.After treatment, the serum levels of NT-pro-BNP, IL-6, IL-10 and pulmonary function were detected of two groups.ResuIts Compared with control group after treatment, serum IL-6 and IL-10 levels of patients in experimental group decreased significantly ( P<0.05 ) , serum NT-pro-BNP levels in experimental group decreased significantly ( P<0.05 ) , vital capacity (VC), maximal voluntary ventilation (MVV), and forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) levels in experimental group increased significantly (P<0.05).ConcIusion Curcumin could significantly reduce serum NT-pro-BNP, IL-10 and IL-6 levels in patients with lung injury, improve the pulmonary function, and has a guiding significance for clinical use.
