摩擦磨损、表面粘附等问题成为制约微机械系统发展的瓶颈之一,然而,传统的润滑手段难以解决该系统接触部件中遇到的摩擦学问题。石墨烯因超薄的二维结构及特殊的力学特性使其成为解决上述问题非常有前景的材料之一。总结了石墨烯在力学性能方面呈现的各种优异特性及在相关产业中的应用,以及石墨烯在不同尺度下的摩擦学研究现状,并探讨了石墨烯作为超薄且高强的薄膜在未来工业化应用中可能存在的一些新问题。

Friction,wear and surface adhesion problems have become one of the obstacles restricting the deve-lopment of micro-mechanical systems.However,it is difficult for traditional lubrication mode to solve the tribological problems of the contact parts in the systems.Graphene due to its ultra-thin two-dimensional structure and special me-chanical properties has become a very promising material to solve the above problems.The various excellent mechani-cal properties of graphene are analyzed and its industrial application prospect are summarized and tribology studies of graphene at different scales are reviewed as well.Furthermore,the development of graphene as a super-thin layer of graphite and high-strength film put forward the new challenges during the future industrial application.
