无针正压密闭输液接头是先进的无针输注系统中的关键产品，可以有效维护用药通路，保护病人静脉血管，同时减轻医护人员劳动强度，降低针刺感染职业风险，近年来在临床得到了广泛的应用。然而，如果使用前未对接口进行有效消毒或者接头本身存在设计缺陷，接口处的微生物就可能会进入液路和血路系统，造成患者感染，为此我们依据新发布的Y Y/T0923-2014《液路、血路无针接口微生物侵入试验方法》对3个品牌的无针正压密闭输液接头进行了试验，均未出现阳性结果。同时我们从接头设计、生产及使用的角度提出了如何减少或避免微生物侵入患者血路的建议。

Needleless positive pressure closed connector is the key product in the progressive system of needleless infusion, which can keep transfusion effectively, protect vein vessel of patients, and reduce labor intensity and acupuncture risk of the nurse. Therefore it has been widely applied in clinic. But micro-organisms could ingress the blood of patients through the connectors if which have not been disinfected availably or have inherent defect, leading to serious infection. So needleless positive pressure closed connectors of 3 brand were tested according to YY/T0923-2014Needleless access ports for lfuid lines and blood lines-Test method for microbial ingress, and no positive results were detected. Meanwhile we give some advice on how to reduce or avoid microbial ingress from the design, manufacture and application of connectors.
