针对我国职业院校大量教师来自普通本科院校、外聘兼职教师数量不足、企业顶岗实习对学生综合职业能力培养不到位等弊端,国家出台了一系列政策支持职业院校建立“双师型”教师队伍。同时,在国家主导下建立了国家和省级培训基地,通过项目实施和软硬件建设,积极支持开展“双师型”教师培训工作,初步构建起培训机构多元、培训形式多样、培训类型多种的“双师型”教师培训网络。按照职业院校教师专业发展的要求,未来还要建立健全相关制度,积极开发培训资源,完善适应“互联网+”时代要求的培训形式。

Large numbers of teachers are from ordinary colleges and universities, the number of part-time teachers is inadequate, the enterprise substitution internship for the students’ comprehensive vocational ability’s cultivation is not enough, due to all these disadvantages of vocational school, the government has launched a series of policies to support vocational schools to build the team of “dual-qualification”teachers. Meanwhile, national and provincial training bases which is dominated by the state are established, vocational education teacher training are supported actively through the establishment of project implementation and construction of software and hardware so as to preliminary build up a training net of “dual-qualification” teachers with multiplex training institutions, various training forms and training types. According to the requirements of vocational college teachers’ professional development, the government should establish and improve the relevant system, develop training resources and improve the training form to meet the requirements of “Internet+” times actively at present.
