示范性高职院校与本科高校合作办学,联合培养本科层次应用技术人才是我国高等教育结构发展的一种新模式,它的出现既有现实背景,也有政策背景。对10个省(区、市)联合培养的地域分布、高校选择、专业选择、模式的共性与差异等领域分析发现,联合培养在高校及专业选择上存在问题。为推进联合培养走向科学发展的轨道,需要谨慎规划高职院校试点学校及专业数量,科学选择匹配高校的数量及特色,实现相关联合培养专业的对应。

It is a new model of higher education structure reform in China, which joint training applied technical talents of undergraduate-level by cooperative education between demonstration higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges & universities. It has realistic and policy background. By analysis on the practice of joint training about 10 provinces(regions or cities),including geographical distribution, choice of colleges & universities, choice of majors, the similarities and differences of the model, we find that there is a problem at choice of colleges and majors. To promote joint training take to the track of scientific development, we need to improve the strategy from the choice of higher vocational colleges, the choice of undergraduate colleges & universities, and match the feature of undergraduate colleges & universities with the feature of major in higher vocational colleges.
