提升辅导员的辅导技能是保障大学生心理辅导效能的重要途径。本文从辅导员在大学生心理辅导中的作用入手，着重阐述了辅导员在大学生心理辅导中的现实困境，并从心理辅导技能视角探索了问题的解决之道：加强学习和培训、保持自我觉察、寻求支持系统。

To improve counselors' counseling skills is an impor-tant way to ensure the effectiveness of psychological counseling for university students. Starting from the role of counselors in u-niversity students' psychological counseling, this paper focuses on the realistic predicament of counselors in university students' psychological counseling, and explores the solutions to the predicament from the perspective of psychological counseling skills, including enhancing learning and training, maintaining self-awareness and seeking supporting systems.
