采用文献、问卷调查和数理统计等方法对山东省高校教师的休闲运动方式及参与动机进行了调查分析。结果表明：高校教师多选择散步、慢跑等相对和缓的运动项目，人们更多与家人一起活动，在项目选择上具有一定的性别和专业差异；休闲运动具有广泛的适应性，可以满足人们的多种需求，高校教师参与休闲运动的动机存在群体差异；女性为缓解压力进行休闲运动的动机要强于男性，男性比女性更易受兴趣因素驱动参与休闲运动，有运动背景的教师同样也容易受兴趣驱动。

With the methods of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper made a research on the leisure way and participation motivation of university teachers in Shandong province.The results show that college teachers tend to choose relatively gentle sports such as walking and jogging;the participation in sports has a certain gender and professional differences.Leisure sport has a wide range of adaptability to meet the diverse needs of people, and the motives of university teachers involved in leisure sport have group differences.To ease pressure the female are more likely to participate in the leisure sports than men,and men are more susceptible than women by interest in participating the leisure sports,and the teachers with sports background are also easy to be driven by interest.
