近年来,随着大学生就业压力的不断增大,已经成为影响社会和谐与稳定的一件大事,关系着千万大学毕业生的前途.就业指导课作为高校引导学生顺利就业的重要课程,在教学过程中却存在着很多的缺陷和不足,因此有必要对各种问题进行理性思考,加强科学发展观的指导,创新高校就业指导课的授课模式,提高就业指导的有效性.
近年來,隨著大學生就業壓力的不斷增大,已經成為影響社會和諧與穩定的一件大事,關繫著韆萬大學畢業生的前途.就業指導課作為高校引導學生順利就業的重要課程,在教學過程中卻存在著很多的缺陷和不足,因此有必要對各種問題進行理性思攷,加彊科學髮展觀的指導,創新高校就業指導課的授課模式,提高就業指導的有效性.
근년래,수착대학생취업압력적불단증대,이경성위영향사회화해여은정적일건대사,관계착천만대학필업생적전도.취업지도과작위고교인도학생순리취업적중요과정,재교학과정중각존재착흔다적결함화불족,인차유필요대각충문제진행이성사고,가강과학발전관적지도,창신고교취업지도과적수과모식,제고취업지도적유효성.
In recent years, along with college students' employment pressure increasing, has become the social harmony and stability of a major event, the future of the relationship with thousands of college graduates. Employment guidance course as an important course of college guides the student to smooth employment, but there are many defects in the process of teaching and the insufficiency, so it is necessary to rational thinking of all sorts of problems, strengthen the guidance of the scientific outlook on development, innovation teaching mode of college employment guidance course, improve the effectiveness of the employment guidance.
