培养具有创新素质和能力的高职人才是党和国家对高职教育的重要指导方针，而培养高职学生具备优秀的科学道德、技术、作风素质是高职创新教育的根本。本文结合我院近几年来高职创新教育实践活动的经验提出了培养高职学生创新素质的方法和途径，对提高高职创新教育具有积极的意义。

Training higher vocational talents with innovation ca-pabilities is one of the important higher vocation education guidelines from the Party and nation. Fostering higher vocational students with excellent qualifications in ethics, techniques and styles is the basis of higher vocational innovation education. This article raises the methods of training higher vocational college students in sci-tech innovation capabilities, which is based on recent years' innovation education activities in our institute and has active significance towards improving innovation education.
