为了解大学生情绪智力与人际交往效能感的关系,本研究随机抽取某高校310名大学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法进行研究.结果发现:(1)大学生情绪智力和人际交往效能感的总体状况良好且均衡.(2)不同性别大学生情绪智力及其各个维度存在显著差异;(3)不同性别大学生人际交往效能感存在不同程度的差异;(4)情绪智力和人际交往效能感存在显著的正相关.
為瞭解大學生情緒智力與人際交往效能感的關繫,本研究隨機抽取某高校310名大學生為研究對象,採用問捲調查的方法進行研究.結果髮現:(1)大學生情緒智力和人際交往效能感的總體狀況良好且均衡.(2)不同性彆大學生情緒智力及其各箇維度存在顯著差異;(3)不同性彆大學生人際交往效能感存在不同程度的差異;(4)情緒智力和人際交往效能感存在顯著的正相關.

To understand the relationship between emotional intelligence and interpersonal efficacy, this study randomly se-lected 310 university students in a college for the study, the method of survey research. The results showed that:(1) Overall emotional intelligence and interpersonal effectiveness and good sense of balance. (2) different emotional intelligence and its various dimensions of gender There are significant differences;and (3) different gender students' interpersonal communica-tion there are different degrees of difference in efficacy;there was a significant positive correlation (4) emotional intelligence and interpersonal efficacy.
