目的:检测乳腺癌患者及对照组患者血清中Six1的水平,分析临床意义。方法:收集乳腺癌75例、乳腺不典型增生35例、乳腺导管内乳头状瘤32例、乳腺纤维瘤28例及正常人30例,应用酶联免疫吸附试验( ELISA法)检测Six1的水平。结果:乳腺癌患者血清中Six1水平明显高于乳腺不典型增生组、乳腺导管内乳头状瘤组、乳腺纤维瘤组及正常人群组( F=23.57,P<0.01)。乳腺癌患者中Six1的表达水平与年龄无关( P>0.05),而与TNM分期、组织学分级、淋巴结状态及脉管浸润有关,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:Six1与乳腺癌发生及侵袭转移相关,可为乳腺癌提供潜在的诊治靶点。

목적:검측유선암환자급대조조환자혈청중Six1적수평,분석림상의의。방법:수집유선암75례、유선불전형증생35례、유선도관내유두상류32례、유선섬유류28례급정상인30례,응용매련면역흡부시험( ELISA법)검측Six1적수평。결과:유선암환자혈청중Six1수평명현고우유선불전형증생조、유선도관내유두상류조、유선섬유류조급정상인군조( F=23.57,P<0.01)。유선암환자중Six1적표체수평여년령무관( P>0.05),이여TNM분기、조직학분급、림파결상태급맥관침윤유관,차이구유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론:Six1여유선암발생급침습전이상관,가위유선암제공잠재적진치파점。
Objective:To detect the level of Six1 in breast cancer patients and control group patients,analyze its clinical significance. Methods:To collect 75 breast cancer serum,35 serum of atypical hyperplasia of the breast,32 intraductal papilloma serum,28 mammary gland fibroma serum and 30 normal serum. Use the ELISA method to detect the level of Six1,and evaluate the clinical significance of Six1. Results:The level of Six1 in breast cancer was higher than atypical hyperplasia of breast,intraductal papilloma,mammary gland fibroma and normal population(F=23. 57, P<0. 01). There was no relationship between age and the expression level of Six1 in breast cancer patients(P>0. 05),but between TNM staging,histological grade,node status and vascular lymphatic invasion,the difference was of significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Six1 is related to the genesis and development of breast cancer,it can provide potential target for breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.
