Chronic kidney disease (CKD)in diabetes%Sialic acid (SA)%Vascular endothelial function(VEC)%Nitric oxide(NO)%Endothelin-1(ET-1)
目的:观察糖尿病慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)患者血清唾液酸(SA)的变化,及其与血管内皮功能的关系。方法选取 T2DM 患者97例,根据 UAlb/Cr水平分为<30 mg/24 h组31例、30~299 mg/24 h组34例、≥300 mg/24 h组32例,另选取健康体检者30名作为对照(NC)组,检测各组血清SA、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素‐1(ET‐1)水平。结果与NC组比较,<30 mg/24 h、30~299 mg/24 h、≥300 mg/24 h组SA、ET‐1水平逐渐升高,NO水平逐渐下降,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pear‐son相关分析显示,SA与ET‐1水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与NO水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论在CKD的进展过程中,SA逐步升高,SA与NO、ET‐1相关。

목적:관찰당뇨병만성신장질병(CKD)환자혈청타액산(SA)적변화,급기여혈관내피공능적관계。방법선취 T2DM 환자97례,근거 UAlb/Cr수평분위<30 mg/24 h조31례、30~299 mg/24 h조34례、≥300 mg/24 h조32례,령선취건강체검자30명작위대조(NC)조,검측각조혈청SA、일양화담(NO)、내피소‐1(ET‐1)수평。결과여NC조비교,<30 mg/24 h、30~299 mg/24 h、≥300 mg/24 h조SA、ET‐1수평축점승고,NO수평축점하강,조간비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。Pear‐son상관분석현시,SA여ET‐1수평정정상관(P<0.05),여NO수평정부상관(P<0.05)。결론재CKD적진전과정중,SA축보승고,SA여NO、ET‐1상관。
Objective To observe the changes of serum sialic acid(SA)and in diabetic patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) and its relation with vascular endothelial function. Methods 97 T2DM patients were divided into <30 mg/24 h group(n=31) ,30~299 mg/24 h group(n=34) and ≥300 mg/24 h group(n=32) according to the level of UAlb/Cr ,meanwhile 30 healthy subjects were selected as normal control(NC) group. The level of serum SA ,nitric oxide (NO) ,endothelin‐1(ET‐1) in four groups were detected. Results Compared with the NC group ,the level of SA and ET‐1 were increased gradually in <30 mg/24 h ,30 ~ 299 mg/24 h and ≥ 300 mg/24 h group ,and the NO were decreased gradually ( P<0.05) .Pearson correlation analysis showed that the SA level was positively related with ET‐1 and negatively with NO(P<0.05). Conclusion The level of SA is increased gradually in the development of CKD ,and the SA level is correlated with NO and ET‐1.
