Glutamyltransferase(GGT)%Chronic kidney disease(CKD) in diabetes%Relationship
目的:探讨T2DM患者血清谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT )与糖尿病慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)的关系。方法选取糖尿病慢性肾脏疾病者(CKD组)160例和单纯T2DM者(T2DM组)166例,比较两组参数的差异,并对有差异的指标进一步行 Logistic回归分析。结果 CKD组BMI、糖尿病病程、24 hUAlb、TG、HbA1c、GGT、8‐羟基脱氧鸟苷(8‐OHdG)、3‐硝基酪氨酸(3‐NT )均高于 T2DM 组,而谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)低于T2DM组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,糖尿病病程、HbA1c、GGT是CKD的危险因素(OR=3.38、4.43、6.80,P=0.003、0.012、0.008)。结论 GGT与CKD的发生存在相关性,可能是CKD的危险因素。

목적:탐토T2DM환자혈청곡안선전태매(GGT )여당뇨병만성신장질병(CKD)적관계。방법선취당뇨병만성신장질병자(CKD조)160례화단순T2DM자(T2DM조)166례,비교량조삼수적차이,병대유차이적지표진일보행 Logistic회귀분석。결과 CKD조BMI、당뇨병병정、24 hUAlb、TG、HbA1c、GGT、8‐간기탈양조감(8‐OHdG)、3‐초기락안산(3‐NT )균고우 T2DM 조,이곡광감태(GSH)、초양화물기화매(SOD)저우T2DM조(P<0.05)。Logistic회귀분석현시,당뇨병병정、HbA1c、GGT시CKD적위험인소(OR=3.38、4.43、6.80,P=0.003、0.012、0.008)。결론 GGT여CKD적발생존재상관성,가능시CKD적위험인소。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum glutamyltransferase (GGT ) and diabetic chronic kidney disease (CKD) in patients with T2DM. Methods A total of 326 hospitalized T2DM patients were recruited from January 2012 to December 2014 ,including 160 with CKD (CKD group) and 166 without CKD (T2DM group). All indexes were compared between two groups. Logistic regression analysis was performed to determine the risk factors of CKD. Results Compared with T2DM group ,BMI ,duration of diabetes ,24 h urine protein quantity ,TG ,HbA1 c ,GGT ,8‐OHdG ,and 3‐NT were significantly higher in CKD group;and the levels of GSH and SOD were significantly lower. Logistic regression analysis showed duration of diabetes ,HbA1c and GGT were associated with the development of CKD(OR= 3.38 ,4.43 ,6.80 ,P= 0.003 ,0.012 ,0.008). Conclusion The findings show that the increased level of serum GGT may be a risk factor of CKD in T2DM.
