目的:观察晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗的临床疗效以及对凝血4项的影响。方法:选取67例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,另设健康对照组45例。肺癌组患者采取化疗治疗,对比两组患者的凝血四项指标以及D-二聚体数值。结果:晚期肺癌组患者化疗前凝血酶原时间( PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间( APTT)、凝血酶时间( TT)、纤维蛋白原( FIB)、D-二聚体均明显高于健康对照组,P值均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。晚期肺癌组患者化疗后PT显著延长,APTT和TT较治疗前明显缩短,FIB和D-二聚体值均较前明显升高,P值均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:晚期非小细胞肺癌患者普遍存在凝血功能的异常,而化疗往往会加重血液的高凝状态。

목적:관찰만기비소세포폐암화료적림상료효이급대응혈4항적영향。방법:선취67례만기비소세포폐암환자작위연구대상,령설건강대조조45례。폐암조환자채취화료치료,대비량조환자적응혈사항지표이급D-이취체수치。결과:만기폐암조환자화료전응혈매원시간( PT)、활화부분응혈활매시간( APTT)、응혈매시간( TT)、섬유단백원( FIB)、D-이취체균명현고우건강대조조,P치균<0.05,차이유통계학의의。만기폐암조환자화료후PT현저연장,APTT화TT교치료전명현축단,FIB화D-이취체치균교전명현승고,P치균<0.05,차이유통계학의의。결론:만기비소세포폐암환자보편존재응혈공능적이상,이화료왕왕회가중혈액적고응상태。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy for advanced non-small lung cancer cells as well as the impact on coagulation. Methods:All 67 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients were research subjects,healthy control group of 45 patients. Cancer patients were treated by chemotherapy. Results:The group of patients with advanced lung cancer before chemotherapy prothrombin time( PT),activated partial thrombo-plastin time( APTT),thrombin time( TT),fibrinogen( FIB),D-dimer were significantly higher than in healthy con-trols group,P<0. 05,the difference was statistically significant. Advanced lung cancer patients after chemotherapy significantly prolonged PT,APTT and TT was significantly shorter than that before treatment,FIB and D-dimer val-ues were significantly higher than before,P<0. 05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:In patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated by chemotherapy are with abnormal coagulation.
