Based on the features of the continuing education, it is necessary to construct the excellent training team actively and to research in the grassroots schools. According to the principle of demand, the paper suggests to select the basic contents of the courses, to plan the feasible implementing programs. With the aid of"task impetus", it is better to strengthen the fine management of training progress, in order to rejuvenate teaches' training.
