In the context of the current development of preschool education connotation, empowerment can help prescho-ol teachers to upgrade their professional status and professional autonomy, and get a sense of self-efficacy at work. Pres-chool Teacher Empowerment specific strategies, including through institution building, to give preschool teachers the op-portunity to participate in park management decisions;through capacity building and promote the development of profes-sional competence of kindergarten teachers;by gathering expertise to build kindergarten teachers' professional develop-ment community.
