近年来在推动服务贸易发展的过程中，人们越来越重视贸易规模的扩张，强调贸易质量的提升。文章利用出口技术复杂度指数测算了全球88个样本国(地)的服务贸易出口技术含量，并使用2000～2011年80个跨国面板数据对影响该技术复杂度的因素进行了实证分析。结果表明：金融服务、专利使用费和特许费、计算机和信息服务部门的技术含量最高，样本国(地)的经济发展水平、服务贸易出口、服务贸易进口，货物贸易出口，人力资本均能显著促进服务贸易出口技术复杂度的提升，贸易开放度对该技术含量的正向作用并不显著，相反，外商直接投资则会降低该技术度。

In recent years,during the process of promoting the development of service trade, more and more attention has been paid to the expansion of trade scale,and more emphasis has been put on the improvement of trade quality. By using export technique index,the paper meas-ures the export technique content of service trade in 88 countries ( or regions) ,and by using 80 cross country panel data from 2000 to 2011 ,an empirical analysis is made on the influencing fac-tors of the technique complexity. The results show that financial services,royalties and franchise fee,computer and information service departments have the highest technical content. In addition, the economic development,service trade export,service trade import,trade exports in goods and human capital can all significantly improve the export technological sophistication index in service trade,while the positive impact of the trade openness is not significant. On the contrary,foreign direct investment may reduce the index.
