With the wide application of online teaching supporting platforms related to adult higher diploma education, the con-struction of online courses has been the major target of the appli-cation stage, however, the assessment of the current construction of online courses is single-dimensional, and the assessment in-dex is over generalized. In order to guarantee the quality of online teaching, how to design an online course assessment system con-forming to the characteristics of adult higher diploma education is worthy of in-depth study.
