本文提出一种基于实芯光子晶体光纤(Photonics Crystal Fiber,PCF)的本征型法布里?珀罗干涉(Intrinsic Fabry?Perot Interferometer,IFPI)温度传感器。该传感器仅需两次电弧熔接即可制备而成。对不同腔长的传感器进行了温度传感实验,实验结果表明,在20~90℃的温度变化范围内,传感器具有较好的温度灵敏度,且在一定长度范围内,F?P 腔长越长,灵敏度越高,最高可达16.34 pm/℃。因此,该传感器具有制作简单、结构稳定、灵敏度高等优点,可用于不同场合的温度传感领域。
本文提齣一種基于實芯光子晶體光纖(Photonics Crystal Fiber,PCF)的本徵型法佈裏?珀囉榦涉(Intrinsic Fabry?Perot Interferometer,IFPI)溫度傳感器。該傳感器僅需兩次電弧鎔接即可製備而成。對不同腔長的傳感器進行瞭溫度傳感實驗,實驗結果錶明,在20~90℃的溫度變化範圍內,傳感器具有較好的溫度靈敏度,且在一定長度範圍內,F?P 腔長越長,靈敏度越高,最高可達16.34 pm/℃。因此,該傳感器具有製作簡單、結構穩定、靈敏度高等優點,可用于不同場閤的溫度傳感領域。

A novel intrinsic Fabry?Perot interferometer IFPI temperature sensor based on solid core photonic crystal fiber PCF is proposed in this paper.It is easy to fabricate by fusion splicing method.Different cavity length of this sensor are prepared and then its temperature sensing properties are demonstrated experimentally.The experiments result show that all of them have good temperature sensitivity in the range of 20~90 ℃ and with the increase of F?P cavity length which varies in a short range the temperature sensi?tivity is gradually increased and can up to 16.34 pm/ ℃ .Therefore this sensor has many advantages such as simple?produced stable structure good linearity and so on and can be used in temperature sensing field.
