针对水文信息实效性强的特点，以移动智能终端为显示平台，依托水利信息综合数据库，结合 ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android 和天地图，研发基于 Android 的水利信息查询平台。该平台实时监测水雨情、风情、工情、台风路径、云图、雷达图、天气预报等，随时随地对水文信息获取、查询、统计、分析和预警，提供了一种新颖、便捷的工作方式，促进了水利水文信息化的建设和管理的高效性。

According to the effectiveness of hydrological information,the water information inquiry platform based on Android is developed with ArcGIS for Android and Map World. It runs on mobile intelligent terminal and relies on water information integrated database. The system monitors in real time water and rainfall information,wind situation,engineering situation, typhoon track,cloud picture,radar graph and weather report. Hydrological information can be acquired,queried,counted, analyzed and alerted anytime and anywhere. It is a platform which can provide a novel and convenient way of working and will promote hydrological information and management efficiency.
