中国具有许多优秀的师德传统,“传道守正”也是其中之一,主要表现在古代教师坚守“传道”职业理想,坚持重义轻利职业价值观,恪守正人正己职业规范。反思、借鉴“传道守正”传统,我们应当从夯实教师廉洁从教的社会基础,完善教师廉洁从教的制度保障,构建教师廉洁从教的价值支撑等方面促进当代教师的廉洁从教。

There are many excellent traditions of teacher morality in China, including"imparting the truth and abiding by moral in-tegrity" which is mainly reflected in ancient teachers' abidance by their occupational ideal of"imparting the truth"and their oc-cupation regulation of moral integrity. Reflecting and referring to the tradition of"imparting the truth and abiding by moral integri-ty", we should promote contemporary teachers' integrity through consolidating the social foundation for teachers' integrity, im-proving the system guarantee for teachers' integrity and con-structing a value support for teachers' integrity.
