当前中国渔业保险的研究多以假定中国渔业互保协会为核心经营主体，探讨渔业互保协会经办渔业保险的必要性及其经营模式，并寻找相关政策支持，但这并不能从根本上解决中国渔业保险发展中存在的问题。本研究从渔业保险经营机构、法律法规、政策支持三个角度，分析了中国渔业保险的困境及成因，立足于现有困难和渔业保险经营主体的内在优势，从立法保障、政策支持、经营主体创新三个角度探讨渔业保险的发展思路。
噹前中國漁業保險的研究多以假定中國漁業互保協會為覈心經營主體，探討漁業互保協會經辦漁業保險的必要性及其經營模式，併尋找相關政策支持，但這併不能從根本上解決中國漁業保險髮展中存在的問題。本研究從漁業保險經營機構、法律法規、政策支持三箇角度，分析瞭中國漁業保險的睏境及成因，立足于現有睏難和漁業保險經營主體的內在優勢，從立法保障、政策支持、經營主體創新三箇角度探討漁業保險的髮展思路。
당전중국어업보험적연구다이가정중국어업호보협회위핵심경영주체，탐토어업호보협회경판어업보험적필요성급기경영모식，병심조상관정책지지，단저병불능종근본상해결중국어업보험발전중존재적문제。본연구종어업보험경영궤구、법율법규、정책지지삼개각도，분석료중국어업보험적곤경급성인，립족우현유곤난화어업보험경영주체적내재우세，종입법보장、정책지지、경영주체창신삼개각도탐토어업보험적발전사로。
Most of the current studies on the fishery insurance in China intended to discuss the necessity and business model for the China Fishery Mutual Insurance Association assumed as the core business entities to handle fishery insurance and to find the relevant policy supports.But these could not fundamentally solve the problems in the development of fishery insurance in China.From the fishing business insurance agencies,laws and regulations and policy supports,the predicament and causes of fishery insurance in China were analyzed in this paper.Based on the existing difficulties and inherent advantages of the fishery insurance management bodies,the fishery insurance development thoughts were explored from legislative guarantee,policy supports and management innovation.
