蜜蜂近交系的建立在蜜蜂新品种培育、地方品种和种质资源保存、杂交优势利用等方面都具有重要的应用价值。由于蜜蜂独特的生殖方式，其近交系的建立方法、近交速度、纯度等与畜禽动物大不相同。本文综合蜜蜂育种实践和育种理论，对蜜蜂近交系的建立方式、近交系的保存以及近交系的应用进行了综述。

There is important application value to establish honeybee inbred lines for breeding new varie-ties,conservation of local varieties and germplasm resources,utilization of heterosis,etc.Because of the u-nique reproduction mode,the establishment method of inbred lines,inbred speed and purity of honeybee were quite different from livestock and poultry.Based on the breeding practices and theories,the establishment modes,conservation and application of honeybee inbred lines were summarized in this paper.
