资源和环境问题的凸显使传统产业发展模式受到严峻考验，资源型区域产业转型成为当今世界产业格局变化的重要特征之一。在对资源型区域产业生态系统界定及内涵阐述的基础上，构建资源型区域产业生态系统的组成模型，提出生态系统由原生产业系统、资源环境系统、外生产业系统、共生产业系统和智力产业5大子系统组成，并进一步论述各子系统的具体构成，提出只有5大子系统有序协调才能实现整体最优发展目标。以典型的资源型区域山西为例，对其产业生态系统进行发育评价并得出相应结论。

The problems of resource and environment have brought great challenges to tradi-tional industrial development model,and the resource -based regional industrial transformation has become one of the important features of industrial pattern change in the world. Based on the e-laboration of the definition and connotation of resource -based regional industrial ecosystem,a model of the industrial ecosystem is constructed,and the author proposes that the ecosystem con-sists is composed of five subsystems including primary industrial system,resource and environment system,exogenous industrial system,symbiosis industrial system and intelligence -concentrated industrial systems. The construction of each of the subsystem is explained in detail,which reveals that only the five subsystems can well coordinate with each other,can we achieve the goal of opti-mal development. The paper takes Shanxi Province,typical resource-based region,as an exam-ple to evaluate its industrial ecosystem and some conclusions are drawn.
