河道堤防护坡是城市防洪与河道整治的重点内容。为寻找综合效益最优的河道堤防护坡方案,引入投影寻踪分类模型,建立了包括基本功能、施工难度、工程造价、工程耐久性、景观美学、环境协调性等在内的指标体系,并将该模型与指标体系应用于工程实例,优选河道堤防护坡方案。结果表明,投影寻踪分类模型克服了使用主观权重造成的片面性,计算过程遵循原始数据规律,原理更为科学,在水利工程方案优选方面具备较广阔的应用前景和推广价值。通过模型计算发现,外秦淮河清凉门至定淮门桥段综合效益最优的护坡方案为铰接式连锁砖护坡,其次为植被型生态混凝土加栽植护坡。

Slope protection construction of river levee is an important content of city flood controlling and river repairing. To find out the best slope protection scheme with optimal comprehensive benefits,the projection pursuit classification model was introduced,and the index system including basic function,construction difficulty,construction cost,project durability,landscape aesthetics,environmental harmony,et al was established. The model and the system were applied in a case,to select the best slope protection scheme. Results showed that this model avoided the limitation of using subjective weight singly,the calculations followed the regulatory of original data,and the principle was more scientific,which had great promotion and application value in the water conservancy project selection. As the calculation results of the model,the best slope protection scheme of outside Qinghuai river levee was the articulated chain bricks,following by the vegetation -type ecological concrete plus planting protection.
