选取23项统计指标，对2014年巴西世界杯的64场比赛和32支球队进行系统分析，旨在探讨现代足球的理念、整体特点、攻守特征、各国国家队组队思路，为我国国家队的组队以及各级各类球队的科学化训练提供理论依据和实践指导。结果表明：现代足球理念是“以球为中心，以集体对抗为灵魂”；“快速准确、对抗激烈、时空狭小和注重整体”是现代足球比赛的整体特点；以边路进攻、团队进攻为主，重视定位球进攻是现代足球的主要进攻特点；对重点防守区域、局部防守组织、防守动作规范和防守意识提高的重视是现代足球防守的主要特征。世界足球强国组队主要从比赛经验、人数分布和队员选拔3个方面考虑，其特征对我们具有良好的启示。

In order to explore the concept and overall characteristics of modern football,the features of attack and defense and team ideas of world top football teams,the author carried out a systematic analysis of 32 football teams’64 games in the 20th World Cup by using 23 statistical indicators.Results show that modern football concept focuses on the ball and the essence is collective confrontation; overall characteristics are fast and accurate, intense confrontation,narrow space and limited time and focus on the overall;main features of attack lie in the emphasis on wing attack,team offensive attack and set -piece attack;main feature of defense is dense attention on key defensive area,organization of local defense,specifications of defense techniques and improvement of defensive awareness;team forming of top teams around the world mainly focuses on competition experience,distribution and selection of players.This paper aims to provide guideline in practice and theoretical references for the team making and scientific training of football teams in our country.
