高校辅导员在高校教师队伍中与师生联系最为紧密,个人信息、个人行为、个人空间等隐私权益受侵扰的情况尤为突出.这不仅危害辅导员自身的工作效能,也影响整个队伍的职业化、专家化,进而影响与之密切联系的大学生们的隐私权保护.高校辅导员的隐私权保护是一个全局性的课题,不仅需要最高层面的立法保护,也需要各高校结合实际情况完善本校的相关规章制度,在广大师生间提高隐私权保护的认知水平,形成师生隐私权保护的互动氛围.

The college counselors contact with the teachers and the students most closely among the faculty and staff in a college. The situation of invasion of their privacy, including their personal informations, individual energy, personal space and so on, is particularly outstanding. Not only does the work effect of the counselors themselves, but also the professionalization and the expertisation of the whole team, and then the privacy protection of the students is influenced deeply. To protect the right of privacy of college counselors is an overall issue, that needs not only legislative protection of the highest level, but also the combination with the actual situation to improve the institution of the privacy protection and the cognitive level of privacy protection among all the teachers and students, to form an interaction of the privacy protection of teachers and students.
