随着社会的发展,学生工作的方方面面对辅导员工作性质、职责范围、个人能力等提出了新要求.然而,从角色的三要素,即一定的社会地位、社会对个体的要求或期望以及个体行为模式来看,辅导员的角色定位可谓"乱象百出",这种现象在民办院校尤为突出.造成民办院校辅导员职业倦怠明显、人员流失率大、队伍不稳定以及辅导员素质相对较低,无法满足工作需求的问题.鉴于此,本文提出了破解此种乱象的参考建议.

With the economic and social changes, all aspects of the students' work on the counselor nature of work, the terms of reference, personal ability and put forward new requirements.
