近年来,各级政府高度重视义务教育发展,大力推进县域义务教育均衡发展.本文结合我省部分县市义务教育均衡发展现状,发现普遍存在着教育资源不均、均衡程度相对较低、教育经费投入不均、校际之间差距尚存等一些主要问题.同时提出了进一步促进均衡发展的对策措施,地方政府、教育行政管理部门、学校以及教师应形成合力,各司其职,加大教育投入,合理规划学校布局,努力改善办学条件,加强教师队伍建设和学校管理,提升教育教学质量,切实推进县域义务教育军均衡发展,促进教育公平,促进学生全面发展.

In recent years, governments at all levels attach great importance to the development of compulsory education, and vigorously promote the balanced development of compulsory education in the county. In this paper, the status quo bal-anced development of compulsory education in some counties of the province, found that the prevalence of inequality of edu-cational resources, the relatively low level equilibrium, education funding is uneven, the gap between some of the major issues remaining intercollegiate. Also proposed countermeasures to further promote the balanced development of local gov-ernments, educational administrative departments, schools and teachers should join forces to carry out their duties, increase investment in education, rational planning the layout of the school, efforts to improve school conditions, strengthen the con-struction of teachers and school management, improve education quality and promote the balanced development of the coun-ty of compulsory army, promote equity in education, to promote the overall development of students.
