铁路隧道防排水施工是影响国民经济发展和人民生命安全的一项重要工程,铁路隧道建设所涉及的内容复杂,且施工环境多变,受到各方面因素的影响较为严重.因此,施工人员必须加强对周围环境的勘测,结合当地的人文及自然条件,严格按照国家施工标准,提高铁路隧道防排水施工的质量,实现我国和谐社会的构建.

Railway tunnel waterproof and drainage construction affects the development of national economy and people's life safety, involved the content of the complex railway tunnel construction, and construction environment variable, influenced by many factors. Therefore, the construction personnel must strengthen the exploration of the surrounding environment, combined with the local cultural and natural conditions, in strict accordance with the national construction standard, improve the quality of railway tunnel waterproof and drainage construction, realizes the construction of harmonious society of our country.
